Warranty wording

Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions vary by product and will be confirmed by oTronics at purchase. Physical, liquid, software, and accidental damage are not covered unless explicitly stated.

The individual product listing or final invoice takes priority where it states a different warranty duration.

Demo catalogue notice

The first-release catalogue is for browsing and enquiry. Prices, specifications, product images, stock, and availability must be confirmed by oTronics staff before a customer travels to the shop or makes a payment.

Repair & exchange enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a repair price, a trade-in amount, a sale, or a reservation. Final inspection by the oTronics team determines serviceability and any applicable offer.
